Hi, my name is Ashley and I am a food addict! I think every weight watcher meeting should start this way. I'm not 400 pounds nor do I eat fast food every night of the week. I just love food. I have a hard time saying no to pasta, ice cream, or pretty much anything. I think I've been dieting in one way or another since I was about 10! But alas, I know I shall never be one of those skinny minis. I shall always struggle with weight because I refuse to give up what I love, I shall not give up my indulgences! Fortunately Weight Watchers works well for food addicts like me because it allows me to save up "points" so I can satisfy my cravings........I just have to get better at actually saving up those points and not just eating them! ::sigh:: I hope that through this page you will see the ups and downs of life as a food addict and also learn some great recipes and tips for getting a healthy, delicious meal on the table at least 5 days a week!
